Refund policy

We offer a 3-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing Rstarholdingsllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
